Ned Lamont, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection Commissioner Katie Dykes, House and Senate colleagues, and environmental advocates on Tuesday in Bloomfield for a bill signing that sets up Connecticut to mitigate the impacts of the climate crisis by decarbonizing the electric sector and expanding existing renewable energy programs.
