Dear Neighbor,

The Bloomfield Public Library is conducting a survey to better understand the needs of local residents. 

The survey, which will be remain open through November 14, can be completed by clicking here or scanning the QR code below. Additionally, a print copy of the survey is available at the library. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All survey question responses will be kept anonymous.  Please see the flyer below for more information.
