CT LCV Recognizes Representative Luxenberg for Perfect Voting Record on Environmental Issues in 2019

November 18, 2019

State Representative Geoff Luxenberg (D-Manchester) received a 100 percent score from the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CT LCV) based upon his voting record during the 2019 legislative session.

“I’m grateful for the work LCV champions and its efforts to hold legislators accountable for the votes they take,” says Rep. Luxenberg. “From offshore wind to the State Water Plan to the banning of fracking waste in Connecticut, we’ve had some great wins this year, but the fight against climate change is far from over. I will continue to advocate for clean energy, green jobs and a safe environment for all Connecticut residents.”

29 state representatives received a perfect score this year. The CT LCV’s criteria focused on over 20 pieces of legislation introduced in the spring, which can be accessed alongside a full list of legislator scores on their website.
