House approves low-interest loan program for property owners
May 24, 2019On a vote of 131 - 7, the House of Representatives passed HB 5969. If approved in the Senate and signed by the Governor, property owners dealing with defective concrete foundations will have access to low-interest loans. If they meet the criteria, homeowners will be able to obtain additional funds to complete repair or replacement of their foundations.
