Connecticut residents are encouraged to recognize military veterans who continue to make lasting contributions in their communities by nominating them for the 2026 Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame.

Governor Lamont and CT State Department of Education Commissioner Charlene Russell-Tucker have announced that 41 special education programs in the state will receive a total of $10.6 million in state grants under the first round of Connecticut’s newly established High-Quality Special Education Incentive Grant Program.

Wallingford is one of the towns receiving funds, receiving $71,050 for programming.
