Phase 2 - Reopening Tomorrow

This is a big week for Manchester and the state as we continue to follow COVID-19 developments. Yesterday marked the end to an odd time for Manchester students as they celebrated their last day of school, with 64 days spent in quarantine. Manchester Public Schools has provided a link for students and their families to watch goodbye videos, and even find necessary resources.

Tomorrow, phase 2 of Connecticut's reopening plan goes into effect. Governor Ned Lamont announced his administration has released documents detailing specific rules for businesses under Phase 2 of Connecticut’s Reopening plans must follow.

Phase 2 businesses include:

Businesses reopening must self-certify prior to opening. Businesses that self-certified during Phase 1 will NOT need to certify again during Phase 2.
