Below are updates on absentee ballots from the Town Clerk's office, community-wide resources, and the latest COVID-19 stats from around the state and Manchester.

Community Announcements
  • Construction Alert: Weather permitting, the Town of Manchester will be milling the streets listed above on weekday nights between 8/31 - 9/11 from 9PM to 5PM. Expect minor delays, one-way traffic control, or detours when traveling.
  • In preparation for the Nov. 3rd General Election, the Manchester Town Clerk's Office and Registrar of Voters Office are working to provide the Manchester community with the latest information. Please click here to learn more about the upcoming election.
    • The Secretary of the State will mail absentee ballot applications to all active, registered voters Sep. 8-11. 
    • If you don't receive your application by Sep. 18, you can download another one here.
    • Absentee Ballots will be available to issue Oct. 2 by the Town Clerk's Office.
Weekly update to the regional travel advisory: Four states added, two areas removed

The regional travel advisory between Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York that directs incoming travelers from states with a significant community spread of COVID-19 to self-quarantine for a 14-day period was updated yesterday and now includes Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia on the list of impacted locations. Meanwhile, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands have been removed from the list.

The quarantine applies to any person arriving from a state with a positive test rate higher than 10 per 100,000 residents over a 7-day rolling average or a state with a 10 percent higher positivity rate over a 7-day rolling average.
