Manchester sees spike in COVID cases

October 29, 2020
The State Department of Public Health (DPH) recently began coding towns in three “color zones” (red, orange and yellow) based on infection rates per 100,000 population.

As of today (Oct. 29) Manchester was upgraded from the "yellow" zone to the “orange” zone, which means we have between 10 and 14 daily COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people.

The map and case rates below are updated and published each Thursday, with towns in the "red" zone having the option to move back into Phase 2 if they choose.
As we do see statewide COVID-19 cases continuing to spike, DPH is reminding residents of the CDC's safety guidelines that are proven to keep us safe.

  • Wear a mask over your mouth and nose
