Rep. Berger-Girvalo Takes Oath of Office
REPRESENTATIVE BERGER-GIRVALO SWORN IN
(HARTFORD, CT) – Representative Aimee Berger-Girvalo (D-Ridgefield) was sworn in today to represent the 111th House District in Ridgefield for Connecticut's 2021 Legislative Session.
“I am both honored and excited to represent Ridgefield during this critical time in our state and nation's history,” Rep. Berger-Girvalo said. “We are facing challenges on so many fronts this year, and I am committed to hit the ground running in Hartford to advocate for each of my constituents and their concerns.
Rep. Berger-Girvalo's legislative priorities include:
- COVID-19 relief
- Protect local funding for Ridgefield
- Preserve reproductive freedom and voting rights
- Implement common-sense gun regulation
- Expand senior services and tax credits
- Invest in environmentally conscious jobs and renewables
Representative Aimee Berger-Girvalo will serve as a member on the Environment, Public Health, and Transportation Committees.
