Birth to 8 Ribbon Cutting
September 10, 2021It was an exciting day at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for a brand-new Birth to Age 8 Early Childhood Community Center in the City of New London.
The building behind us will now be home to a new joint endeavor between our City and our school district – working in unison to support young children and their families.
