Next Monday, November 15, I will be co-hosting a virtual panel discussion on the Transportation and Climate Initiative Program (TCI) – a historic effort collaboration to cap and reduce greenhouse gases (GHGs) from the transportation sector and accelerate investments in an equitable, cleaner, and more resilient transportation system for Connecticut and the region.
