Rep. Dillon: Memorial Day Ceremonies in New Haven

Memorial Day is Monday, May 25. On this day, we honor the countless armed service members who sacrificed their lives to protect our freedom.

On Sunday, New Haven will hold two ceremonies to honor our fallen heroes - the first will take place at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Long Wharf Drive at 1:00 PM, and the second will take place at the World War Memorial Flagpole on the New Haven Green at 3:00 PM. Both ceremonies will be held rain or shine. I'd encourage you to take some time to remember and honor those who died fighting for our freedoms. We owe them a debt of gratitude.
