Rep. Juan Candelaria joined with Rep. Edwin Vargas at a gathering of officials, colleagues, and guests in front of the State Capitol Building to recognize and celebrate the 195th Anniversary of Peruvian Independence on July 28, 2016. He saluted the many achievements and contributions Peruvian citizens have made to Connecticut.
