Governor Ned Lamont has signed an executive order asking Connecticut Businesses and Residents to 'Stay Safe, Stay Home'.

Due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), Access Health CT has announced that a NEW Special Enrollment Period will be available to uninsured Connecticut residents to sign up for a health insurance plan offered by either of Access Health CT's two insurance carriers.
