March 31, 2022East Hartford Social Services, in partnership with the Assessor’s Office, administers several exemption programs that benefit the elderly, persons with disabilities, and veterans. Applications are accepted from February 1 through May 15 at least every two years. Eligible individuals may receive a credit ranging from $100 to $700.
