Dear Neighbor,

I hope this correspondence finds you well. I know Black History Month ended on February 29th, but I hope you will indulge me. I wanted to share one more story about an accomplished young man, a legend in our community who left us far too soon  - Charles Antonio Vincent. Please see below for a great read about him.
