View this email in your browser Dear Neighbor, The State Conference NAACP Youth & College Division and I, are honored to invite you to attend our inaugural Youth & College Legislative Day on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford. This event will unite youth and college leaders statewide for a powerful day of civic engagement, direct advocacy, and dialogue with lawmakers on issues directly impacting Connecticut’s Black and Brown communities. Youth delegates will share policy priorities, meet with legislative leaders, and further their understanding of how lawmaking shapes their future. A detailed look at Wednesday's robust program is below. Please see below a list of the legislation I am supporting this session. Each one would have a positive impact on Black and Brown communities.
