This morning I toured Project Access Health New Haven with Senators Murphy and Blumenthal to highlight the work they do and the importance of enrolling for Affordable Care Act insurance before the deadline of December 15.

Spurred by public opposition to a blinding blinking billboard on New Haven’s Whalley Avenue, state legislators voted overwhelmingly in favor of a bill that would allow cities and towns to regulate the illumination of public advertisements.
