In celebration of Women’s History Month, I am hosting a writing contest for middle school and high school students in Wethersfield. 

On Tuesday I tested positive for the Covid-19 virus and am feeling lousy. I cancelled all of my in-person meetings and events but was able to attend public hearings in Finance Revenue and Bonding and Government Administration and Elections virtually. 

The entire Wethersfield legislative delegation is hosting a coffee hour at Heirloom Market on Wednesday, February 22nd from 8-9am.

I will be co-hosting a public forum on energy assistance and policy on Tuesday, February 7.

State Representative Kerry Wood and I look forward to hosting Rocky Hill and Wethersfield residents and business owners at the Legislative Office Building and State Capitol next Wednesday (January 25th) at 11am.

Democratic State Representative Amy Morrin Bello was sworn in last week to begin serving her second legislative term representing the 28th District, which covers Wethersfield.

The program provides free job training, case management, supportive services, and employment assistance.
