Thank you, Tyler Lisowski, a post-secondary program teacher with West Hartford Public Schools, and her students, for their recent visit to the Capitol.

The post-graduate program is available to young adults with disabilities ages 18-22. Students learn job skills, life skills, and independent living skills that will help them become as independent as possible in their communities
