Proud To Be A CTLCV 2015 Champion
September 25, 2015I want to thank the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV) for naming me a 2015 Legislative Champion for my environmental advocacy this year. It is truly an honor to have my efforts recognized. I am also proud to say that I have earned a lifetime environmental score of 95% from the organization.
Standing Up for Windham Hospital
July 9, 2015Late last week, Sen. Mae Flexer, Rep. Susan Johnson and I held a press conference outside Windham Hospital alongside current and former hospital employees protesting Hartford Healthcare’s proposed service and position cuts at our own Windham Hospital.
