$76 Million CT. Grants For Stratford Schools
June 8, 2016Rep. Joe Gresko joined members of the legislative delegation representing Stratford in securing $76 million in grants for the town's school construction projects. The General Assembly approved the funding and Governor Dannel Malloy signed the measure into law last week.

Legislature OKs Bill Helping Firefighters
April 25, 2016For Representative Joe Gresko, protecting firefighters and making sure they're treated fairly is important. That is why he co-sponsored a bill that establishes a relief fund for wage replacements. The fund will be used for firefighters who are battling work-related cancer. House Bill 5262 provides compensation for current and former uniformed members of a paid or volunteer fire department who suffer from certain diseases as a result of performing their jobs.
Gresko Praises Old Friend, Terry Backer
