Flooding Resources I Hope You Never Need

August 7, 2023

Thanks to the ongoing threats wrought by climate change and the resulting chaotic weather patterns, July was a tough month for many of us in Connecticut (and throughout New England). Roads were damaged, airports were closed, and trees and power lines came down all over the place.

While we begin the process of drying out and assessing the impacts on communities across the state, I want to make sure you have the information you might need to recover from the storms. The State of Connecticut’s websites can be challenging, at times, to navigate. So, here are some helpful resources; I send these links in the sincere desire you never need them.
