Thames River Apartments
September 17, 2019I am pleased that the State Bond Commission – chaired by Gov. Ned Lamont – today approved $2,000,000 for demolition and remediation of the former Thames River Apartments public housing complex on Crystal Ave. This property has been in decline and doesn't belong in a commercial area. Once the site is cleared it will pave the way for development and an expanded grand list for the city.
