Bonding Project Approved for Wallingford
December 21, 2021I applaud the approval of $4 million in state funding for renovations to the Ulbrich Heights & Extension housing units in Wallingford.
These funds, which the State Bond Commission approved earlier today (December 21st), will be used to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms in various units, as well as to replace siding and exterior windows.
Funding Secured for Garvan Point
August 27, 2021Today we announced $770,000 in state bonding that I secured with @senatorcohenct to rebuild the sea wall at Garvan Point—a critical step for climate resilience here in Madison.

July 23, 2021The Town of Stratford’s delegation to the Connecticut General Assembly – including Rep. Joseph P. Gresko, Rep. Phil Young, Rep. Ben McGorty, Sen. Kevin Kelly and Sen. Dennis Bradley – commend the inclusion of state funding for the restoration of the Sterling House in Stratford. The cost of the project totals $2 million.
