Gresko Praises Old Friend, Terry Backer
Joe Gresko, who worked as Terry Backer’s press aide for five years, is serving the remainder of Backer’s two-year term in the legislature. Gresko, who had known Backer for 20 plus years, recalled his friend and mentor during a memorial ceremony Tuesday at the State Capitol. In memory of Backer, Gresko donned a hat that Backer often sported.
