Community Garden Dedicated to Terry Backer
A man of the sea who also left his mark on land was honored Sept. 14 when Stratford named its community garden after the late state Representative Terry Backer.
The former Pirhala Farm on Connors Lane is now the Terry Backer Community Farm of Stratford.
