Connecticut has just launched a new Text-to-911 capability as part of the state’s new Next Generation 9-1-1 Emergency Telecommunications System.

For the second time in just over six months, the General Assembly has approved a bipartisan state budget.

The House voted 81 to 65 backing a constitutional amendment to allow more access to the voting booth.
