Working on Lamont's Budget Proposal
February 22, 2019The state budget presentation is one of the most anticipated events at the State Capitol and Governor Lamont unveiled his biennial budget this week during the General Assembly Joint Session. You can read a synopsis of the budget by clicking this link.
Over the next few weeks, I will be working with my colleagues to ask the administration and state agencies about the governor’s budget proposal. And as a member of the Appropriations Committee, I can tell you we’ll provide an opportunity for the public to be heard during hearings over the next two weeks.
