I met with New Haven students and the superintendent who came to advocate for our schools.

This week, my colleagues and I voted in favor of HB 5004: An Act Concerning the Protection of the Environment and the Development of Renewable Energy Sources and Associated Job Sectors, which I cosponsored as a member of the Environment Committee.

Saturday, April 26th is Prescription Drug Take Back Day - a national event that provides a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription medications… no questions asked.

Rep. Dillon: Easter and the Last Weekend of Passover

The State Bond Commission officially approved $6,121,390 in funding for housing by the Greater Dwight Development Corporation as recommended by the CIF board.

Great news! New Haven is set to receive a $3.3 million state grant from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP). The funds will be used to build a new composting and food scrap diversion facility to support plans for the launch of citywide residential curbside composting in the Elm City.
