Conversation on Voting During Covid-19 with SOTS Merrill

September 8, 2020

In just under two months, we will be casting our ballots in the 2020 general elections, however, due to COVID-19, voting will look different from past years. In July, the Governor signed legislation passed during a special session of the legislature to expand absentee voting so no one has to choose between their health and their fundamental right to vote.

On Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 2 p.m., Secretary of the State Denise Merrill will join me for a Facebook LIVE conversation to outline the voting process for this fall's elections, including how voters can vote absentee.

The conversation will be streamed on my Facebook page, here.

If you have questions about voting during COVID-19, please email them to Gary.Turco@cga.ct.gov. Please note, that due to time constraints, not all questions will be answered live.

If your question is not answered, please follow up with me by emailing me at the address above, or call me on my personal cell phone at 860-335-6122, and I will get you the answer.
