January 6, 2021

"I am eager to get to work representing the residents of Meriden, Middlefield and Rockfall in Hartford," Rep. Quinn said. "I am ready to get to work on the Judiciary and Public Safety committees and am proud to have been appointed to a leadership position on Executive Nominations."

Quinn has been appointed to the Judiciary and Public Safety and Security committees and will also serve as Vice Chairman of the Executive & Legislative Nominations Committee.

Rep. Quinn's legislative priorities include taking the steps necessary to help our residents and businesses recover from the economic and physical damage that the Coronavirus Pandemic has inflicted on our state. Now more than ever our citizens need access to affordable healthcare. He will also work to effect changes to the Workers’ Compensation system to ensure that it works more fairly for injured workers, in particular those who cannot return to their previous jobs and income levels due to the severity of their injuries.

Rep. Quinn wants to hear from constituents and encourages them to get in touch by email at MichaelD.Quinn@cga.ct.gov or by phone at 860-240-8500.

Michael is an attorney and partner in the law firm of Mahon, Quinn & Mahon. His focus includes representing injured workers before the Workers' Compensation Commission, personal injury, and criminal defense. He is a lifelong Meriden resident who has been extremely active in the community, serving on a number of different boards over the past 25 years.
