Calling all high school students - today is the last day to register for the Youth Climate Summit taking place next week.
Please join us for our ongoing Climate Solutions webinar series with two webinars featuring critical pathways to reduce carbon emissions: 1) in the transportation sector through the Transportation and Climate Initiative Program, currently before the legislature as a Governor’s bill SB884 (March 25 register) and 2) on increasing energy efficiency and reducing energy demand through the Conservation and Load Management Plan (April 1 register). Our partners at the Department of Agriculture are looking for nominations for a new working group on increasing diversity in agriculture in the state and UConn CIRCA is hosting a webinar about their Climate Change Vulnerability Index mapping tool.
Finally, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) wants to hear from you about how they should set up their new Office of Public Participation which will have a focus on environmental justice.
