Dear Friends, Neighbors, and Colleagues,

Happy Bastille Day to the French in CT. Bastille Day is the National Day of France, commemorating the storming of the Bastille during the French Revolution, which signaled the first victory against the Old Regime. Today, Bastille Day is celebrated with meticulous spectacle with a traditional military parade on the Champs-Elysees and festivities all across the country.
