The last day to order FREE COVID-19 tests by mail will be Friday, September 2. The Free COVID Test by Mail program will be suspended on Friday because Congress has not provided additional funding to replenish the nation's stockpile of tests. Distribution will resume if Congress approves a new round of funding.

Every home in the U.S. can request 3 orders of free at-home tests (16 tests total) per residential address. Residents who would like to request free COVID-19 tests before the program is suspended on Friday, September 2 can visit www.covid.gov/tests.
