Speaker Ritter & Majority Leader Rojas Reappoint Gresko as Chair of the Environment Committee

Speaker of the House Matt Ritter (D-Hartford) and House Majority Leader Jason Rojas (D-East Hartford, Manchester) today announced the reappointment of Rep. Joseph Gresko (D-Stratford) as House Chair of the Environment Committee.

“As the representative and resident of one of Connecticut’s beautiful coastal communities, addressing the impacts of climate change on our state is an issue close to my heart,” Rep. Gresko said. “I’ve been proud to lead efforts to build a more sustainable future for our state and protect our land and waterways. I’m thankful to have the trust of Speaker Ritter and Majority Leader Rojas, and I look forward to working with them to continue our efforts to protect and preserve our environment.”
