State Representative Christopher Rosario has been appointed to serve as Deputy Speaker by Speaker of the House Joe Aresimowicz.

Rosario, who was elected in 2014 to represent the 128^th Assembly District, has quickly risen to leadership roles including most recently, as Chair of the legislature’s Black and Puerto Rican Caucus and Chief Majority Whip.
