New Laws Effective July 1
June 29, 2022A number of new laws that my colleagues and I worked on during the 2022 legislative session to implement meaningful change in our state will take effect in Connecticut on July 1, 2022.

East Hartford Town Offices Closed July 4th
June 27, 2022All East Hartford town offices, including the East Hartford transfer station, will be closed Monday, July 4, 2022, in observance of Independence Day.
East Hartford Farmers’ Market Returns July 8
June 21, 2022The Town of East Hartford is excited to announce that the annual farmers’ market will begin Friday, July 8th.
Cruisin’ East Hartford Car Show Returns
June 18, 2022Spectators and car enthusiasts are invited to the Cruisin' East Hartford Car Show on Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 1 – 4 p.m. We are excited to be returning this year’s car show back to Sunset Ridge Middle School, 450 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT 06118.
East Hartford Library to Host Art Show
June 17, 2022On Saturday, July 16 from 1 – 4 PM, the work of local artists will be displayed on the Brewer House lawn.
Head Start on Housing
June 15, 2022I am pleased to announce Head Start on Housing, a cross-agency collaboration that will work to expedite housing subsidies for Head Start households.
East Hartford Outdoor Pools to Open Saturday, June 18
June 13, 2022East Hartford Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce that our five outdoor pools are scheduled to open for the 2022 season on Saturday, June 18th from 1 - 5 p.m.
