Connecticut's first ever child tax payment has just gone into effect and it's already a massive success!

With school break kicking off at the end of next week in Ridgefield, and community events taking place weekly, it is really starting to feel like summer!

I hope you and your family have been well. Last week was a busy week for me with public hearings wrapping up and a long session Wednesday where several bills were voted on. Below I will recap what happened in this session.

We passed an emergency-certification that will ease some of the financial burden on Connecticut residents and working families whose wallets and budgets have taken a hit due to rising gas prices and high inflation levels.
