Today, I joined my Insurance and Real Estate Committee Chairs Rep. Sean Scanlon and Sen. Matt Lesser held a press conference to unveil our agenda to reform mental health care in the 2020 legislative session. We heard from grieving families who have lost loved ones to mental illness and how vital it is for insurance companies to understand that everyone needs access to the best possible treatment to effectively combat it.

I will be giving a brief legislative update on Environmental issues followed by a screening of 'The Devil We know', Wednesday, 26 7PM at the Rowayton Library. The event is co-sponsored by Norwalk Land Trust, Norwalk Tree Alliance, and Rowayton Gardeners as part of the Our Earth, Your Call environmental series.

Happy opening day of session! I am so honored to represent Norwalk and New Canaan at the State Capitol! This is officially my second session and I am humbled to be in the room where it happens.

The 2020 legislative session gets underway today and we will be working on many issues that affect Norwalk/New Canaan and the state.​

Thank you to those who were able to join us for another insightful Town Hall in Norwalk. We had a productive meeting covering different issues of concern.

I will be co-hosting a pre-session Town Hall on January 27th at 7PM at Norwalk Community College with my colleagues, Representatives Perone, Simms and Senator Bob Duff.

The non-partisan Office of Legislative Research recently published the 2020 Major Issues report, which summarizes key issues the legislature could take up during the upcoming session.
