Operation Fuel's energy assistance program opened this week for the Winter/Spring season. Applications will be accepted until March 1 unless available funds run out before that date.

Otis Library will be hosting a CT Paid Leave information session and application assistance event on Wednesday, January 17th from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Otis Library is located at 261 Main Street in Norwich.
