Dear Neighbor,



This past Sunday, we celebrated another annual Duck Day in Eastford. On this very chilly morning, Scramble the Duck did not see his shadow and predicted an early spring! Scramble has had 100% accuracy in his predictions previous years, earning him the title of the most accurate weather predictor in the northern hemisphere (and maybe even the world) from the Connecticut General Assembly. Celebrating Duck Day with the residents of Eastford is always incredible and I can't wait for an early spring!
