Victims of Harvey need our help! Governor Dannel P. Malloy announced that the State has deployed a C-130H cargo plane and eight Airmen from the 103rd Airlift Wing of the Connecticut National Guard to help with Hurricane Harvey response and recovery efforts in Texas.

Proud to stand with my colleagues and members of the legislature’s Black and Puerto Rican Caucus (BPRC), several community activists, clergy members, and state and local officials, at a Peace & Unity Rally speaking against hateful and bigoted speech.

After recent high-profile incidents in Connecticut, I joined my colleagues in support of House Bill 6663, which aims to establish meaningful accountability for police officers who use excessive force.
