As your State Representative, I take great efforts to ensure your safety – and work with any relevant state agencies if I have a concern. I want to send a 'thank you' to the Connecticut Department of Transportation for answering a recent request and responding to my concern about the sight line at the bottom of the I-95 Southbound Exit 31 off ramp onto South Avenue.

In response to my recent request, DOT has restored that sight line. As I shared in the request, this will greatly improve safety as drivers will no longer have to essentially be in the road to see if they can safely make the turn onto the street.
