This past weekend, I was invited to serve as a panelist at the Connecticut Association of the Deaf's (CAD) Legislative 101 Workshop that took place at the American School for the Deaf. CAD President Luisa Soboleski is a resident and member of Southington’s Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing Community.
