Russell-Tucker, will also answer questions submitted prior to the event.

City of Waterbury, Board of Education Announce Waterbury Promise Scholarship
December 21, 2021I want to call your attention to a dynamic new partnership that is set to help Waterbury's high school students realize their college promise.
The City of Waterbury, under Mayor Neil O'Leary, Waterbury Board of Education and Superintendent of Waterbury Public Schools Verna Ruffin have teamed up to create and launch the Waterbury Promise Scholarship.
This partnership affirms Waterbury's commitment to students pursuing higher education by removing the financial barriers they and their families face as part of the decision-making process.
