I was honored to join our community in celebrating a Puerto Rico flag raising, parade, and festival in Waterbury. As a proud Puerto Rican, it filled me with joy to see our culture and heritage on full display.

We paused to honor the memory of all the victims and the countless lives forever changed on September 11. The community paid tribute to a group of seniors who serve as foster grandparents at a local school.

The Generation Power CT (GPCT) Emergency Energy Assistance Program, formerly known as Operation Fuel, is accepting applications. This program provides a one-time grant of up to $500 to eligible applicants.

The state is sharing new ideas to replace the Waterbury Mixmaster. The community celebrated at Soulfest, a vibrant resource fair showcasing the very best of Waterbury's arts, music, culture, and talent.
