August 7, 2024Connecticut's annual Sales Tax-Free Week begins on Sunday, August 18 and runs through Saturday, August 24. It provides a chance to save money, whether it is taking the kids back-to-school shopping or treating yourself or your loved ones.
Property Tax Exemption for Veterans
June 28, 2024I am pleased to announce that Public Act 24-46, has been signed into law, effective October 1, 2024. The bill passed unanimously in both chambers of the General Assembly. This new legislation provides a property tax exemption for veterans with a service-connected permanent and total disability rating as determined by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
