Raising Awareness: Coronary Calcium Scans

This week I was joined by Dr. Ed Schuster, a cardiologist at Stamford Hospital, and my fellow lawmakers to raise awareness for Calcium Coronary Scans. These tests save lives by measuring the severity of blockages in your heart. Heart disease is the number one killer of adults in the US, but it does not have to be. In this week's update, in addition to looking ahead on key legislative issues in Hartford I'll detail why it is so important for you to get the test.
