Governor Lamont Releases Biennium State Budget Proposal

Lamont Extends Emergency Declaration

January 29, 2021

This week Governor Lamont extended the declaration of the public health emergency until April 20, 2021. This extension will allow our state to continue receiving federal support and its rapid response to the pandemic. The legislature has been involved in the development and implementation of the emergency orders and can override them if necessary.
